Nice little program to use with your trainer. As long as you can log speed and cadence they have an algorithm for numerous trainer power curves. With my Lemond they are about 5-10 watts less than the Power Pilot watt output. This is accurate enough. Definitely recommended. http://www.trainerroad.com/
